All prices are listed in Great British Pounds and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is shipped.
4. Shipping
Orders are packaged carefully to ensure artworks arrive safely. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if there is clear evidence that the artwork was damaged during transit. Customers must notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the unopened damaged packaging and the damaged artwork if applicable for verification. If a claim is approved, we’ll expect the unopened parcel to be returned and a refund may be arranged.
Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or other reasons unrelated to shipping damage.
