The old Cinema building at Dreamland is one of the most famous landmarks in Margate, Kent. Famous for their recently re-opened funfair, it has became a very popular venue for concerts that have hosted artists like Olly Murs, Placebo and Tom Jones. It was also recently featured in the film ‘Empire of Light’, where it acts as the centrepiece of the story.
This collage was made using recycled paper from upcycled magazines.

THE OLD WEAVERS HOUSE

This is one of the few medieval buildings that survived the Baedecker Blitz during WWII in Canterbury and it’s supposed to have been built circa the year AD 1500, however, it is known that it was rebuilt in the middle of the 16th century. It is, after the cathedral, the most photographed landmark of the city and it is located by the Great Stour River, on the high street.

MARGATE CLOCK TOWER II

This iconic landmark from Margate is located by the end of the Marine Gardens in the seafront. It was designed by Mr Henry Arthur Cheers and it was built between the years 1887 and 1889 to celebrate the golden jubilee of Queen Victoria.

HUNK IN TRUNKS

This piece features a young hunky stud wearing some very small green trunks, making us wonder if he is a grower or a shower.
He’s also showing off his armpit for those who appreciate it as a fetish.
