People, shows, books, and characters that have shaped my life, especially as a queer person, offering representation in pop culture at times when talking about my identity felt inappropriate — even dangerous. You never knew who was watching—. I have to admit, I’m not very brave in the real world, but having access to stories and figures that celebrate diversity has changed me, even if only in small ways.

Some of these pieces are inspired by the aesthetics of the images, others by nostalgia. Above all, they are an homage to those seemingly small, silly moments that have made life a little easier.
